Our Sustainability Commitment

Our Sustainability Commitment

Posted by Jordanna James on

When it comes to sustainable fashion, it's not just about the clothes we wear. The impact of clothing goes far beyond what’s on our bodies - it's also about what happens behind the scenes. From production to consumption, we believe in ethical fashion and have made it our mission to design, source and supply our beautiful pieces with a purpose - that cares for the planet, and that values the lives of the people who make them.

We want you to feel aligned with our mission and know where your pieces come from. For us, ethical sourcing is about more than just good karma, it's about making sure that every collection we design is made with high-quality materials, by people who are paid fairly for their work. That's why we use locally sourced materials whenever possible, and pay our seamstresses above fair living wage rates for their time spent making each piece.

We’ve always been committed to the ethical sourcing and manufacturing of our clothing. All our pieces are designed in Australia by our owner Michelle and ethically manufactured in Bali, by a small owner-occupied factory which has continued to support us immensely over the years. We believe that sustainable fashion is not a trend but an ethical responsibility. We’re proud to offer beautiful collections that are high-quality, luxurious and eco-friendly, while continuing to stay committed to sustainable manufacturing and sourcing.

We want you to feel amazing in every item you purchase from us and know that you’re supporting a company that values people and the planet. Our mission makes us proud to create ethical clothing for women like you.
