RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 
 
Thank you for shopping at Saffron Road. We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase and will gladly accept full-priced, unworn (with original tags attached), unwashed or faulty items for a return or exchange within 14 days from the shipping date (Australia and International orders included).
 
Please be aware that we do not provide refunds, exchanges or store credit on sale items (Including flash sales and discounted items.) 
 
Please note: Expect to wait up to 10 business days for returns to be processed during peak sale periods. 
 
 
RETURN & EXCHANGE OPTIONS 
 
Online store credit – FREE Return label 
We offer online store credits that never expire – so you are free to use at your leisure. In addition, we launch new collections monthly, so there’s always something new to choose from.  
 
We cover the cost of the return by providing you with a pre-paid return label. In addition, if you choose a store credit option when processing your return request through our portal, you will also receive a bonus of $10 added to your return credit. 
 
Australia orders- You will be provided with a pre-paid postage label to return your items to us. 
 
International orders - You will need to process your return request through our portal; however, you will need to arrange your own shipping. 
 
 
For Exchanges - FREE Return Label 
You can exchange any eligible items that you aren’t completely satisfied with through our online portal. Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that your chosen exchange item will be in stock at the time of receipt of your returned garment. Please note if this does occur, we will process a store credit for you immediately. 
Choose our Shop Now feature when processing your return request to exchange your item for something completely different, and you will receive a bonus of $10 to use. 
For Australian orders - you will be provided with a pre-paid postage label to return your items back to us.
For international orders - you will need to process a return request through our portal. However, you will, at this time, need to arrange your own shipping.

Refund - $8.95 Return Label
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn full priced items within 14 days (Australia and International) for a refund through our portal. Our system provides an $8.95 flat rate return label generated for domestic orders; the cost is then deducted from your refund. 
For Afterpay orders, repayments already made will be refunded to your AfterPay account. If you paid with a Credit Card or using PayPal, the full amount of the returned items (minus the original shipping cost) will be refunded to your original account. If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card and is not valid to be refunded for cash.

Incorrect Items Received
We are only human, and sometimes we make mistakes; if you have accidentally received the incorrect item in your order, please contact us ASAP, and we will fix it for you at our cost. Email support@saffronroad.com.au with your order number, and our customer care team will help you. 
 
Sale item returns
Please note that items purchased from our sale section are final and are not eligible for store credit or an exchange.
 
Faulty returns
We pride ourselves on quality manufacturing; in the rare event that you have received a faulty item, you will need to process this through our portal for exchange or refund. If you wish to return your item for a refund, our system provides an $8.95 flat rate return label generated for domestic orders; the cost is then deducted from your refund. 
 
International Returns 
At this time, we cannot offer free return shipping to our amazing International customers.
If returning from outside of Australia, you will still need to process a return request through our portal; however, you will need to arrange your own shipping.
