Warehouse & Processing
Our warehouse is in Burleigh Heads, QLD (Australia) and operates Monday–Friday (AEST). We don’t dispatch on weekends or Australian public holidays—orders placed then will be processed the next business day.
Processing time
We aim to process orders within 24 hours during standard operations. During sales or launches, processing may take longer.
Dispatch & tracking
Transit times are calculated from the date of dispatch. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Domestic Rates
• Orders over $150 — FREE (Standard 4–6 business days)
• Orders under $150 — $8 (Standard 4–6 business days)
• Express upgrade — shown at checkout (Express 2–3 business days)
Tip: Choosing Express prioritises your parcel within Australia Post’s network once dispatched.
International Orders ✈️
We’ve transitioned all international shipping to Australia Post.
• New Zealand: AUD $15 flat rate (Australia Post)
• United States of America: USD $20 flat rate via Australia Post Express International
• Rest of World: AUD $20 via Australia Post Express International
Transit times vary by destination and customs. Tracking provided when dispatched.
Order Tracking
All parcels ship with Australia Post. Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow your delivery.
Duties & Taxes
• Within Australia, prices include GST.
• International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, and import fees per your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
• We cannot refund orders refused due to duties/taxes.
• By law, we must declare the full value and include an invoice with international shipments.
Processing Window & Delivery Attempts
• Allow 1–2 business days for pick & pack (shipping timeframes are in addition to processing).
• Orders are processed 8am–4pm (Mon–Fri, AEST).
• A signature may be requested on delivery. If no one is available, the parcel may be taken to your nearest Post Officefor collection—please check tracking updates.
• Once an order is in transit, the shipping address can’t be changed.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Email support@saffronroadfashion.com as soon as possible. We pack and ship daily, so changes/cancellations can’t be guaranteed after dispatch.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are processed like a normal order but ship at a later date. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once dispatched.
If your cart has in-stock and pre-order items, we do not split orders. For faster delivery of in-stock items, please place separate orders.
Missing Orders
• If your parcel hasn’t arrived around the expected timeframe, first check your Australia Post tracking.
• If tracking shows “Delivered” or “Attempted Delivery”, please follow up with Australia Post (customers are responsible for confirming address details at checkout).
• If tracking is inconclusive (e.g., “Pending”), email support@saffronroadfashion.com with your order number and we’ll investigate.
