It is illegal to place orders under false name with fraudulently obtained credit cards or without the consent of the cardholder. By using our site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia in the event of a dispute or fraudulent act and all persons will be prosecuted.

Saffron Road Fashion will dispatch orders once both the order AND payment has been received, and Saffron Road Fashion is satisfied with the integrity of the order. Saffron Road Fashion reserves the right terminate purchases at our sole discretion at any time and will not be held liable for any loss or damage that arises from doing so.
