The great news is that your store credit note will never expire and you are free to use at your leisure.
Credit vouchers issued in-store cannot be used online.
The garment must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Please try on your garments as soon as you receive them to ensure you can return them within this timeframe. The garment must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags still attached.
Please note, items purchased from our "sale" section or with a sale discount code are final, and cannot be available for store credit or exchange.
If your garment is faulty, please return to us and we will refund, repair or replace your garment.
We are happy to exchange items, subject to availability. Please include a self addressed pre-paid satchel with your return for us to send your exchanged item back to you. Limit of 1 exchange per order. Return your garment to the following address:
You are responsible for postage charges on returns. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete your refund or store credit, please make sure to get a tracking number for peace of mind.
